- Italian Gladiator: Italian sausage, broccoli rabe, provolone with pesto dressing on an Italian roll
- Meatless Korean: beyond sausage with a mango kimchi on a fresh baked steak roll
- Cubano: beef dog, ham, swiss cheese, pickles & mustard on baguette
