In this undergraduate thesis project Exploring the Expansiveness of Confinement / Freedom in a Sacred Space, Jasmine Stanton embodies what it means to be without friends and peers and how the distance as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic created a major energy shift and brought forth a lot of sadness. This work gives insight into her embodied processing of this time and the ways she found freedom inside of confinement or at least a moment of discovery in strange times.
